Introduction to the artistic project "Galileo Revisited"

Giordano Bruno was arrested, tried and murdered by the Roman Inquisitors in 1600. But Galileo, just 33 years later, survived his ordeal. I wondered, why? I began reading biographical books about Galileo, his writings and the letters written to him by his daughter Virginia. I listened to a lecture series about Galileo taught by a modern-day Jesuit priest/professor. In "Galileo Revisited" I present my own perspective on the age-old story that will never die.
